Our last day in Queenstown, Don went mountain biking again and I drove over to a farmer's market in the next town over to get a few things and just to check it out. I ended up purchasing a beautiful greenstone (Jade) pendant from a young girl there for on $5! I also got some groceries at supermarket in the town so that we could make big batch of my famous roasted veggie bean soup to freeze for the next few days.
We had been staying at a lovely hostel called Deco Backpackers that was up on a hill overlooking the lake. Our last night there, we ate dinner outside in the garden and watched the sunset. It was absolutely beautiful, one of the prettiest and most spectacular sunsets I've ever seen.
